The company INTERPOOL S.p.A with head offices in Thiene (Vicenza), Vial della Meccanica n. 21, legally represented pro tempore by Stefano Ambrosini writes to inform you, as per Section 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code – Legislative Decree n. 196, dated June 30, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”) – which in order to carry out contractual relationships with your company already under way, is in possession of personal and financial data either acquired verbally or through third parties which is relative to your company, including data qualified as personal by law.
Data Processing methods – Processing of the aforesaid data is carried out by those charged to do so with formally identified responsibilities through the use of instruments and other types of supporting materials – paper, magnetic, computer or telematic – whose security and privacy are guaranteed. Processing may be carried out using automated instruments for memorizing, managing and transmitting the same data via telematic systems. Data are stored in protected environments whose access is under constant control as per provisions of the Code.
Purpose of Data processing – Data processing is carried out to meet legal and contractual obligations for: carrying out of contractual obligations under way with your company and consequent legal obligations, including for carrying out of the efficient management of business relationships.
Type of Data Processing - Personal data provided by you is obligatory as per legal and contractual obligations. We inform you therefore that any refusal to provide data, either in part or whole, or lack of authorization on your part to process your data and/or their communication to third parties may render impossible that INTERPOOL S.p.A carry out the aforesaid contractual relationships.

Communication and data dissemination – Without prejudice to the spreading of communications as determined by legal obligations, the following data may be communicated within Italy and/or abroad to:
- factoring companies;
- credit institutes;
- credit collection companies;
- credit insurance companies;
- professionals and consultants;
- transport sector companies;
- suppliers of electronic communications and software programme producers.
Data subject’s Rights – Regarding the aforementioned data, your company may exercise its rights, as per Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June 30, 2003 (copy attached) within the limits and for conditions as provided by in Sections 8, 9,and 10 of the aforesaid legislative decree.
Termination of Contractual Relationship - Data shall be processed during the entire duration of contractual relationships under way and successively, in order to carry out provisions of the law, as well as for future business reasons. Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights
Section. 7
1. Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. Data subjects have the right to obtain indications regarding:
a) origins of personal data;
b) aims and means of data processing;
c) logic applied to the processing, if it is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) identifying information of owner, people with responsibilities and representative designated as per Section 4, paragraph 2;
e) subjects and subject categories to which personal data may be communicated and who may gain knowledge of data in their role as designated representative, persons in charge and entrusted subjects in the territory of the country. 3. Data subjects have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations in letters a) and b) and that notification has been made, also as per their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
4. Data subjects have the right to object, either wholly or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of your personal data, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of the market or commercial communications.
