The company INTERPOOL S.p.A with head offices in Thiene (Vicenza), Vial della Meccanica n. 21, legally represented pro tempore by Stefano Ambrosini writes to inform you, as per Section 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code - Legislative Decree n. 196, dated June 30, 2003 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code') - which in order to carry out contractual relationships with your company already under way, is in possession of personal and financial data either acquired verbally or through third parties which is relative to your company, including data qualified as personal by law.

1. Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
